You can easily cancel your subscription by logging in and going to Account > Manage Subscription and following the instructions there. You will retain access until the end of your current subscription term, at which point you will lose access. You will not be charged again.

If you do not anticipate using the product again, you may want to consider deleting your family data before canceling. You can delete family data from the family overview page after logging in.

Below is a step by step guide to the process.

After logging in go to the Account > Manage Subscription screen:


Click the "Go to Portal" button. A new tab will open with the subscription portal. If nothing happens when you click the button, likely your browser or a security extension blocked the portal from opening. Look for alerts or disable extensions to allow the window to open.

You should see your current subscription listed on the screen. Click on it:

On the subscription details screen you will see a link to cancel. Click on it:

You can now enter the reason for cancellation and confirm the cancellation. Please let us know the reason, we take your feedback seriously and always strive to improve.

You will now see a message confirming that your subscription is scheduled for cancellation when your current term ends. If you later decide you would like to retain your subscription, prior to the cancellation date, you can simply return here and click the link to remove the scheduled cancellation.
