For the primary home and vacation home (if any) you can choose what, if anything, happens if either spouse/partner dies before the other. For example, you might sell off the vacation home and downsize the primary home.
Choose 'Change To...' and then choose whether the change is to Own, Rent, or Neither for that contingency.
A surviving spouse may wish to downsize the home or move to a place with cheaper rent or move to a different state.
